At NICK + BOB BOOKS, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every
purchase. However, please take note of our return policy:

• All items are final sale and non-refundable, unless the item is received in a
  damaged condition as a result of shipping.
• We will not accept return items that are damaged from damages where the item is clearly torn from animal play.
• If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within 7 days of the
  delivery date.
• To report a damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team at
  infonbbooks@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
• Once verified, we will offer you a replacement or a refund for the damaged
  item.
